This week I will be breaking down the 7 beliefs that prevent you from sitting in meditation. You may have 1 or all but here you will learn why they exist and how to break free from them.
Today's episode I share some raw feelings about today and how my 3-year-old once again has taught me how to "be". I also breakdown the belief: " I don't have enough time." and share that concept of time as an illusion and remind you do have time for anything if you want it.

Today's meditation practice provides space to ask yourself who am I and what is my purpose? At a crucial time like now it's important to go within to find those answers.
