Self-reflection is one of the most underrated tools for self-development. Although it’s so much easier to escape into a reality show on TV, we rarely learn about ourselves through that experience. Instead, if we focus on ourselves, the way we focus on reality shows, we unearth our own strengths, our flaws, our behaviors and our beliefs, and give ourselves the opportunity to think through what we want to change to get a step closer to the person we want to become.
In this episode, I bring to light this very same thought process.

We are all proud of our strengths and spend most of our lives enhancing and sharpening them to perfection. However, there’s a flip side to fixating on and to solely identifying ourselves with our strengths. On that flip side, the very strength that set us apart, becomes our biggest weakness.
In this episode, I attempt to shine some light on how our strengths can become our weaknesses, if left unchecked. I hope this helps lift our horse blinders so we can truly focus on self-development and continue to thrive.
In this episode, I help you recognize if you’re working for a boss bully, so you better understand your hurdles at work. Despite the external situation always remember to stand up for yourself, recognize what you can and can’t control, and continue to work hard, irrespective of what’s going on around you.
Black, white and grey thinking all have their advantages.
In this episode, I talk to you about observing and understanding your personal decision-making process so you can consciously decide how to move forward.
Stressing the importance of de-stressing is the underlying theme of this episode. Learning to recognize the signs of stress in you is the first step towards making the decision to de-stress.
Our comfort zones are just that… COMFORTABLE. To truly grow and experience life, we need to step outside our comfort zones to learn about how we react to and deal with uncomfortable situations. That information shines light on not only how we deal with stress, but also how we learn from it and further develop ourselves.
In this episode, I challenge you to step outside your comfort zone so you can create the right environment for personal growth.
It’s something we often don’t pay attention to, but our relationship with ourselves is by far one of the most important relationships in life. It forms the basis of how we interact with friends and family. It defines how we come across in social settings.
In this episode, I hope to spark your thinking around the kind of relationship you have with yourself.
