Was hat es mit der InEK-Kalkulation auf sich? In dieser Folge sprechen wir mit Carsten Wielatt, Geschäftsführer der PlanOrg, über den Ablauf, über typische Herausforderungen – und wie Kliniken das Ganze effizient umsetzen können.

Was steckt eigentlich hinter der InEK-Kalkulation – und warum sorgt sie jedes Jahr wieder für viel Aufwand in den Kliniken? Gemeinsam mit Carsten Wielatt, Geschäftsführer der Firma PlanOrg, schauen wir uns an, was genau kalkuliert wird, welche Daten notwendig sind und welche Anforderungen das InEK, Institut für das Entgeltsystem im Krankenhaus, stellt.

Wir sprechen über die zentralen Schritte im Kalkulationsprozess, häufige Hürden in der Praxis und worauf Kliniken achten sollten, um sauber durchzukommen. Außerdem erklärt Carsten, wie PlanOrg Kliniken technisch und prozessual unterstützt – von der Datenaufbereitung bis zur konkreten Umsetzung. Kein Fachchinesisch, sondern ein ehrlicher, praxisnaher Einblick in ein oft unterschätztes Thema im Krankenhausalltag. Für alle, die im Bereich Controlling, IT oder Krankenhausmanagement unterwegs sind – oder die einfach mal wissen wollen, wie’s mit der InEK-Kalkulation wirklich läuft.
