For those on the poverty line, access to good mental health support is probably the last thing on their mind but a Manchester based food project is making sure there's enough to go round for everyone.
Food for All is Manchester Mind's collection of food-related projects and as part of a special in our 'in the community' series Michael Pearson finds out how the projects promote positive mental wellbeing and healthy food which is good for both the body and mind.
Michael speaks to a variety of people who are part of the project including Simon who tells his inspirational story about how the project saved him and several years later he continues to volunteer at the project.
