Dumi is an executive coach, coach-trainer and leadership skill development facilitator. He is a founding board member of Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting and Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP), an association promoting coaching

development across Africa, and the 2016 African Coach of the Year. He co-founded and chaired the Ubuntu Coaching Foundation (UCF) at The Coaching Centre (TCC) to help poor communities access affordable coaching. Dumi serves

on multiple coach-development faculties globally, including the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI).
