Is it all worrying and gloomy? (No.) Should we be panicking? (No.) What are some key things we can do? (Let's go there!)

Something new and different on the podcast and this Coaches Couch episode today which we hope you get value from in regards to your own coaching and space holding skills. Host Julie Parker shares a client experience - one that involves the client feeling distressed. Julie shares her initial reactions to the clients distressed feelings and eventual path of response NOT being what the client initially requested, but something else entirely. Julie explains the 'why' behind that decision and what happens afterwards which opens up a story and journey of empowerment for the client from Julie doing very little to almost 'nothing' in response to the client's initial distress.
Today's success story on the podcast is such an interesting one. The amazing Eleanor Hadley began her coaching journey as a sensuality and feminine embodiment coach and over the years as she has become braver and bolder in her own expression, is now sitting at the cutting edge of sexuality and sex education supporting people to prioritise their pleasure and enhance their relationships. Along the way she has experienced considerable censorship of her work on social media, but has persisted in her mission to make sex and pleasure a fun and expressive part of people's lives - creating a thriving and successful business as she has done so.
