The Last of the Human Freedoms - Viktor Frankl
In todays episode I talk you through one of the most powerful quotes ever! Taken from Viktor Frankl's best selling book 'Man's Search For Meaning" it is:
"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way." Viktor Frankl
His book is must reading for everyone. How he survived in Nazi concentration camps is a credit to his will power and his perception.
He would look at cockroaches and admire their beauty. He would always look for blessings in the worst of circumstances.
We complain about our own lives when we get stuck in traffic or we get overlooked for a promotion at work. We really are an entitled generation.
If you want success in life in general start changing the way you look at things. Stop complaining and start seeing the blessings and gifts you have in your life.
Enjoy.
And remember...you are only one habit away!
