Do Something That Sucks Everyday this Week. Strengthen The Mind!

Do something that sucks every day and watch how you strengthen your mindset. I am taking on a challenge of 2 x 45 minute workouts for the next 75 days. Bloody tough but can be done. I then go home and have a cold shower. Its freezing when I leave home and freezing when I get back. It sucks as does the cold shower.

Your challenge is to do one thing that sucks everyday for a week. Go through the pain and suffering and at the other end is greatness.

What are you going to do for the week?

Responsibility is so crucial to a meaningful life. If you don't take responsibility you become a victim and let life control you.

Without a purpose or meaning you operate from a low level vibration and your life will not seem to be worth a lot. But you can change and you can lead a great life. Tune in for more.
