Ep 184 | Energy of Week through a Runes Pick + Dowsing Energy Healing Session

Today on Instagram, @brigittadaucoaching and I went LIVE for the Art of Practicing! This time our theme is What brings you Joy? What brings us JOY is to layer modalities! We did a LIVE Rune Reading + Oracle Card Readings. Runes and Cards can be used daily for wisdom, intuitive guidance, reflection, meditation, or in inspiration and are meant to help you develop your intuition, self-love, inner beauty, and emotional well-being. Afterwards, we did a Reiki & Dowsing Energy Healing Session based on what came up for the Energies of the Week. We cleared non-beneficial energies and called energies of peace, joy, inspiration, etc for the highest good. 

I decided to take the readings from what I did and record a podcast episode followed by a Dowsing.

Ep 183 |Dealing with the Sadness, Exhaustion, Core Shifts, Magnetics, and Cosmic High Vibrational Ascension waves of Energies coming in

Over the last several hours, we have been receiving very high vibrational light ascension waves of energies coming into the planet. These are massive energies. 

These energies will continue to rise over the next 24 to 48 hours. You can expect to see them increase as the weekend goes on. You may experience these as a vibration within your system - check in to see how you are feeling. 

Clearing out dense energies from your system. There is a purging happening - individual, collective, ancestry. There may be sadness and with this exhaustion calling you to rest to allow the clearing to fully happen.

Some may feel Joy Energies, allowing finally relax in these higher energies. If that is you, AMAZING! Others may feel a deeper connection to abilities and knowingness. However, you are feeling these energies is exactly how you are meant to. Remember - you are growing and expanding in all kinds of ways - and the dense energies clearing is a good sign. Let the Light fill in spaces for the highest good. 

Remember to use your tools. As your channel becomes even more cleared, keep grounding, re-aligning, letting the Light fill in the spaces, and anchoring your Light. This is how you become stabilized in your Power – the Light Truth of who you really are.

Ep 178 | January Energy Update

January is all about Self-Love, Acceptance, and Discernment. 

2023 = a year 7, which has a powerful spiritual meaning. Spiritual growth is at the forefront of this year's energy. Many people will be moving more toward a spiritual mindset and perspective. Massive shifts within the collective will be made throughout this year. Moving away from consumerism, productivity, and success to personal growth, happiness, and truth. The year 2023 will bring forward massive changes globally, with many turning toward spirituality for guidance. This year will be much more soul-satisfying.

We start the year with a flashing sign telling us to pace ourselves and slow down.  Slow everything down, go inward, rest more and keep a “don’t know mind/beginner mindset" about everything; reflect, feel, process, and align your mind with your heart and let yourself shift to a higher vibrational frequency to love. Ep 174 | Welcome to this Self-Love: Apology to Self Series & Dowsing Energy Healing: Clearing & Releasing Self-Critic and Patriarchal Energies

I don’t know about all of you but my self-critic can do some serious harm to my human. My inherited programming and conditioning from culture, social, religious and family have at times kept my human in situations that were less than ideal. I think back to my childhood when I was hopeful and excited about being in this world - So many dreams and possibilities. When I graduated from college, I thought my life would really begin. Yet the contrast between how I expected my life to look and how it actually felt was startling.

Even if you have a strong connection to your Higher Self/Soul and Guide Team, there are experiences your Human will go through – and you may not understand the consciousness on it until much later. All these experiences, as difficult as some of them had been, were beneficial. The Higher Self/Soul has a different purpose than the Human. Yet I have come to the realization that my Human is owed a series of apologies with an opportunity to release non-beneficial energies, programming, and patterns and to allow a new wholeness to emerge for the highest good. I want to offer a space of compassion, love, care, and nurturing to my human - To recognize what I have been through and allow a new space of being to emerge. 

Not only can our childhood experiences be embedded in us, but we can also have ancestral aspects affecting us and also (if you believe in it) possibly past lives: how we were raised and nurtured in childhood can be then put into programming and can affect then how we may feel about ourselves and all our assumptions about the world and other people in it. We can get caught in trance states from programming or nonbeneficial links. When this happens, we are not really engaged with our present reality but, at times, compensating and interacting through programming that is often resulted from the past, which can block our ability to be present.

It is no wonder so many people feel unfulfilled, confused, or caught in major coping mechanisms to survive. It is only when we liberate ourselves from the conditioning, programming, and patterns – releasing the need to satisfy other people’s expectations and stop repeating inherited fears and anxieties that we are able to truly engage and be present in life and the wonders of the world as it unfolds in our lifetime.

When I was working in TV, I assimilated into an old, patriarchal system that had me believing if I wanted to live my dream of working in TV then I had to endure and turn a blind eye to how I was being treated at times. It wasn’t just being overworked, and not paid overtime but it was the rage and the mistreatment. I went to a more progressive college that had women's studies before it became popular. I was raised to feel as if I had every opportunity available to me that my brothers did. HAHAHAHA! I was shocked when I entered the entertainment workforce at 22 years old. My human didn’t have a clue how an industry could be so non-progressive in terms of equality and downright diminishing, at times.

94% of women working in the film and TV industries have experienced sexism. 

This month is all about energy of self-love so in this episode, I apologize to my human for how punishing, limiting, narrowminded, powerless, and unprogressive the patriarchal system can be. I will be doing a dowsing energy healing session near the end of this podcast to clear any nonbeneficial energies. So if you relate to this podcast, stay tuned.
