Animal based food is always good for your health, like meat, fish, egg, milk, butter. We call them real food. Plant based food is not always good for you, it is called survival food. We can eat these but cannot digest all. Our digestive system is not properly designed for it to consumed and fully digest. Avoid white colored plant based food, like sugar, wheat, rice. They may cause insulin resistance, they may help to grow chronic diseases in you. Green colored is ok and good for you. For vegetable try to avoid the veg that grow under soil. They have much more sugar, starch. This is a simple way to chose you food.
