  • Kae Tran on Sex with Physical Disabilities
On this episode I speak with Kae Tran about navigating sex with physical disabilities and what can be done in sex positivity to be more inclusive and less ableist.
Kae lives with muscular dystrophy and she has recently begun doing workshops on self-love, communication, and dating for people with physical disabilities. After being featured in an article on her experiences with dating, Kae’s been requested for interviews constantly, and now she’s here for some advocacy and some self-advocacy. With physical disabilities in an ableist world, Kae examines the limitations that also exist when it comes to sex—“that’s the one thing disabled people can’t have, is spontaneous sex,” she argues. To better facilitate an inclusive sex positive world, Kae suggests more accessible spaces, like sex clubs and fetish scenes, consent with disabled folks in mind, and sex education catered to people with disabilities.

  • Steve Sandford's 21 Polyamory Hacks
On this episode I speak to seasoned polyamorist Steve Sandford about some of the ideas featured in an article he wrote on polyamory hacks.
Steve is a radically honest polyamorist and it runs in the family. He grew up around sex work, and sex positivity, and has been in the fetish scene in Toronto for a very long time. When his monogamous marriage ended nearly 15 years ago, he decided to embrace polyamory and has been at it ever since, slowly documenting his experiences over time and coming up with an ever-growing list of polyamory hacks. We cover a handful of them in this episode from deprograming possessiveness, to full disclosure versus don’t ask don’t tell policies, practicing brutal polyamory, developing a jealousy sponsor, to ghosting and stashing. We spend considerable time discussing jealousy and whether you’re polyam or not, you’ll find it useful.

  • Yazmin Exposes her Particular Perversions
On this episode I speak with Yazmin—a newish human to the sex-positive communities with a lot of particular interests and a deep desire to explore them mindfully.
Yazmin is a fairly fresh face to kink, fetish, bdsm, and polyamory but in the time she has spent around the sex-positive communities she’s contemplated her involvement deeply and shared her experiences along the way on social media. Coming from a background in yoga, Yaz approaches sex-positivity mindfully—assessing, absorbing, premeditating, and understanding what these experiences mean for her and their formative potential in her life. She’s here to share those experiences especially for other newcomers who may be a little shy or anxious about what to expect from a first trip to a sex club, a first kink scene, and how to navigate polyamorous relationships. We get intimate with stories around BDSM, DDLG, and polyamory that are informative for the newbies and juicy for the veterans.

  • Dr. Taylor Kohut Researches Porn
On this episode I speak with porn researcher Dr. Taylor Kohut about some of his studies concerning porn use and well-being, relationships, religious affiliation, and misogyny.
Have you ever asked yourself: What actually constitutes porn? What does it mean to use porn? What impact might porn have on your well-being, your relationship, and how might it affect your views on women in particular? Dr. Taylor Kohut has asked himself these questions and an array of participants from North America to Croatia. We discuss Dr. Kohut’s (et al.) studies on pornography and help rethink some of the myths about porn use and its negative effects. His studies form part of a sex-positive move in porn research to indicate that we may be exaggerating or worse, poorly measuring pornography use and its effects on people.

  • Marlon Chaplin Submits to Cuckoldry
On this episode I speak with Marlon Chaplin, the first-ever submissive cuckold on this show. This a unique episode from an often unheard voice because submissive men are rarely open about their experiences…at least publicly.
Are you ready to get mindfu#%ed? This is important to hear, especially for men. Have you confronted your notions of masculinity? I challenge you to step into Malron’s mentality—listen to his story as he masterfully teases out details interwoven with suspense and visceral vulnerability. Try to find the common ground in his foreign landscape and see where you can identify with his experiences. Can you allow yourself? Are you afraid? Or is this comfortable for you? Then ask yourself why. The nature of the taboo is to provoke the intersections of arousal, fear, and discomfort. Here, you are given that opportunity and you may be surprised at what you discover.

On this episode I speak with the multifaceted Alisha Fisher. She’s an international relationship, intimacy, and flirtation coach here to talk about her plethora of work in the sex positive communities and inspire your curiosity.
When Alisha isn’t busy flying around the world talking about porn to squeamish audiences of red-faced adults, she can be found working at sexual assault centers doing workshops for Young Men Leading Change, talking on her radio show, or dealing with clients who need some of their intimacy hiccups addressed.
