Welcome to this Sleep Hypnosis recording that I have written and recorded to help those looking to make their dreams of success come true. This involves a combination of confidence building, ego strengthening, positive regression and success manifestation. We live in a world where society, technology and social media can unknowingly pressure us to compare our lives to others, so where we only see the better parts of other people's lives, we then compare this to the highs and lows of our own, making us feel like we’re failing in some way. It's also difficult for us to take on a consistent “you can achieve whatever you want” mentality, when we might not have the positive mind tools to implement them – again, leaving us feeling like we’re failing. With this hypnosis recording, I want to bring some truth to this infamous, motivational quote, by instead using relaxation hypnosis techniques to help reach the habits, emotions and feelings we hold in our subconscious minds, in order to truly get to the bottom of the barriers that have been holding you back. All of this, whilst also helping you drift off into a deep sleep.
