I often feel pretty misunderstood in my philosophies.
Reframing, choosing to understand that every situation has a positive learning lesson, doesn’t mean that I am an advocate for turning a blind eye to the less than sunny side of things.
Fears, shame, regret, hurt… these are real deal things that are present for us during some time in our lives. Yet, how often do you allow yourself to feel these things so that you can also heal from them, vs just turning them off and pretending that they don’t exist?
