  • Ep. 31: The End Creates The Beginning

From start to finish I have created 30 episodes prior to this one. If you've listened to all 30 episodes, you would have learnt 30 new mindset tips to apply to your own life... that's ALOT.

In this episode I share with you my biggest habit when it comes to self sabotage and why I am taking a break from publishing podcasts this summer.

  • Ep. 30: The Confusing Criticism Conundrum
    Criticism is so complicated.
When a loved one is acting in a destructive way, would you say something to her out of love and caring? If you do, she might recognize your act of love and appreciate your opinion on the situation. Or, she might cut you down; who are you to criticize her, what right do you have?
We get told to stay in our lanes and mind our own business all the time, which creates a very complicated scenario whenever we express our opinions.
In this episode I challenge you to take a new perspective on criticism and who’s actually to blame and how criticism doesn’t automatically default to a negative.

  • Ep. 29: The Confusion Of WORTHiness
We live in a world full of natural resources, some of which are infinite, and some of which are finite.
In grade school we are taught the difference between the two, but in this episode I want to offer you a new perspective on how you might be mislabelling a very integral concept = worth and worthiness.

  • Ep. 28: The Fable of Guarantees
My mission, my purpose, and my PASSION is to empower others on their journeys.
I have been put on this Earth to show you that there is another way. Our conditioning plays a massive positive role in our lives, but it can also hold us back.
A common belief that held me back for a long time is that of guarantees. I spent a lot of time searching for guarantees in all of the wrong places as a means to cover up the truth.
If you’re ready to tackle the limiting belief that you can find guarantees outside of yourself, this episode is for you.

  • Ep. 27: Pros & Cons of Yin & Yang
Yin (stillness) and Yang (movement) can both have positive outcomes as well as negative outcomes. Duality surrounds us in all areas of life.
When have you taken the time to see where movement shows up in both your physical world and your mental world? What about stillness?
You see we all have varying degrees of Yin and Yang in our lives, which is exactly how it should be. There is no master, one sized fits all, distribution of movement and stillness we should  strive for in order to be happy, authentic, or successful.
What we should be striving to understand instead,  is how both Yin and Yang show up in a positive fashion in our lives so that we can better cancel out how movement and stillness show up in self sabotaging ways for us.
If you're ready to do some balancing of the scales, this episode is for you.

  • Ep. 26: It's Time To Stop Tailgating.
    Hello Pothole Season.
For those of you who live in an area where there is an extreme winter followed by summer, you get me on this. It's beautiful outside because the snow is melting, but driving is literally like playing real life Mario Kart trying to avoid potholes.
The thing is, we have a lot more control over how these pothole are going to effect us, and our cars, then we want to admit sometimes.
Tailgating and not paying attention are two of the main factors that limit our ability to doge the dangers that are literally right in front of us as we are driving during this time of year.
What about in your mental world? Are you tailgating the next best Guru you've found? Are you allowing yourself distance to actually decide how YOU want to drive your car?
This episode is all about gaining perspective so that we can all get back to stepping into the drivers seat of our own lives, because no-one will ever do it better than you can.

  • Ep. 25: Easter & A Growth Mindset
It doesn't matter what time of year you listen to this episode, you're going to learn something.
Easter is a great example of conflicting ideologies. Is the origin that of Christianity or a Pagan celebration of the changing of the seasons?
Not only is the origin widely debated, the main modern day symbols of the holiday aren't as black and white as you might think.
Perspective is a tricky thing. We often forget that there is more than one point of view in any given situation. Understanding this allows us to move from a fixed mindset to that of a growth mindset.

  • Ep. 24: YOU're the Hero.
The world isn’t out to get you.
You aren’t powerless in your circumstances.
Or, maybe you are. Maybe right at this moment the world is really truly eating you alive, and you can’t seem to find any power within yourself. As hard as you try, you can’t see anything but the dark tunnel ahead of you, the light at the end seems mythical.
If that’s you, I’m SUPER excited for you, because your story is sounding exactly like the makings of a great Super Hero Origin story.
No hero ever became a hero without struggle, which is why if you’re currently in the middle of a struggle you get to choose your own adventure as to how the story ends.
If you want to dive deeper with me on this, and change your narrative from Victim to Victor, you're really going to like this episode.

  • Ep. 23: Under the S(ea)urface
How complex, and absolutely stunning, is the Sea? Or Ocean, whichever you prefer, I’m not going to discriminate.
Although I am not a water person, I’m blown away by the depths of information and life that lie below the surface. There really is a whole new world, under da sea!!! PS, extra points to you if you sang that in your best Sebastian voice.
In our physical world we can understand that there is a lot we can learn by going deeper than the surface levels of the Sea.. so why in the heck are we so nonchalant about existing from surface level mindsets?
If you're ready to dive deep, this episode is for you. If you're scared to jump right in, this episode is most def for you.

  • Ep. 22: It's Time To Spring Clean More Than Your Home
It's my favourite time of year, SPRING.
This is a time for renewal, rebirth.... and cleaning our houses. Thanks to Netflix and Maire Kondo, Spring Cleaning is very trendy right now, and for good reason.
It feels super refreshing to have a tidy home. It feels amazing to purge the possessions that are no longer serving you anymore.
In this episode I want to share with you a Spring Cleaning tip that will allow you to feel even BETTER than the above mentioned tasks. The thing is, you have to be willing to go to places you might not be used to going to when it comes to your mindset.
If you're willing to go to the places most people pretend don't exist, this episode is for you.
