What we're mixing:
Earl Grey MarTEAni
(For 2 cocktails)
Infuse one Earl Grey tea bag in 120ml London Dry Gin
50ml lemon juice
40ml simple syruo
1 egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
