In our broadcast on May 13, 2025, co-hosts Wendy Rose Williams and Gregg Kirk interview author, physician, and end-of-life researcher, Dr. Christopher Kerr. Dr. Kerr is Chief Medical Officer at Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo, and his work has been the subject of TEDx Talks Buffalo, the Netflix docu-series called “Surviving Death," a PBS documentary called “Death Is but A Dream," as well as a third documentary, “Edge of Life” to be released in 2025. 

During the interview, Dr. Kerr describes his work documenting more than 1,500 end-of-life events, many of which are videotaped. He describes some of the common experiences many patients have, as well as some of the more uplifting and heartwarming occurrences that can happen prior to someone leaving their life.
