Journalling has become very popular in recent years, due to its positive benefits associated with memory retention, tracking progress and goals, reducing stress and anxiety and learning more about yourself. Usually, Journals are used to record, experiences, thoughts, or feelings but this leaves much to be desired and can really be a tool that can enhance your everyday life even if you don't think it will. We share our experiences with journaling, how we started, why we do it, what we gain from it and most importantly to apply this to you the listener as to how you keep a journal and some effective tips to get the most out of it!
