In a world that often feels disconnected, it's easy to forget that you are your most important investment.

Let's dive into a topic close to my heart: understanding and transforming our inner critic.
Allow me to introduce Mama, my trusty corn plant buddy. She's a reminder that everything, even plants, has energy and essence—setting the stage for our discussion on the inner critic. It's that voice inside us that's meant to protect, but often ends up stressing us out with its generalizations, attacks, and downright crappy behavior!
I used to deny my inner critic until it became important to me to understand its role in my life and work as an intuitive coach. We'll explore practical ways to recognize and gently recondition this voice, like shifting from negative to supportive thoughts and actions.
Together, let's imagine a future where self-kindness and awareness guide us, making our world a more compassionate place. Where we can then kick butt and create a ripple of joy.
