As good as Notre Dame has been on defense this season, the combination of youth and players filling in for injured players means there is still room for the unit to be even better. Maintaining the current level is all that is truly needed, but Bryan and Trevor discuss why there’s reason to believe this unit can get even better. They also break down the three players at the heart of a strong finish.

* Jaylen Sneed led the Irish with 9 tackles against Navy and it was the highest graded game of his career according to PFF. Do you Buy or Sell it as a jump start for Sneed down the stretch of the season?

* Fill-in the blank…Notre Dame women’s basketball finishing last night’s exhibition win over Davenport was BLANK.

* How many teams in the SEC do you think could win the Big 12?

* How many Big 10 teams do you think could win the ACC?

* Fill-in the blank...The Dodgers’ game five win to beat the Yankees and clinch the World Series was BLANK.

* Are the Yankees’ lack of fundamentals more on the manager Aaron Boone or on the organization?

* Fill-in the blank...Fox’s top baseball broadcast booth of play-by-play man Joe Davis and analyst John Smoltz is BLANK.

Irish Breakdown answers subscriber submitted "We In or We Out" questions about Notre Dame football on today's show. Some of today's questions include:

* We In or We Out: The swing pass to Jeremiyah Love that keeps going for negative yardage is going to be used to set up a huge play with a pump fake to the swing pass followed by a deep shot.

* In or Out: The Notre Dame defense gets a shutout before the regular season ends.

* We In / We Out: The defense continues to play at the high level it is now the remainder of the year and all the injuries they’ve accumulated do not end up costing them in one of these last Games.

* We In/ We Out : ND is at least 9 and at the worst 10 in these first CFP Rankings.

* We In/We Out: Notre dame gets dropped out of the top 10 by staying Idle this week because they get jumped by the likes of BYU, Clemson and Iowa State

* In or Out: The Eagles crush the Cowboys terribly on Nov. 10 that Jesse Stires gives up on them and becomes a browns only fan!

* Notre Dame Stadium is haunted by more than the ghosts of the NIU home loss. We in or We out?

* This Notre Dame football team will have a better chance to get through the first round of the playoffs if they are seeded 9-12 and play an away game at a hostile place where the world is against them than playing at home against a lesser opponent.

* If ND runs the table and LSU runs the table but loses in the SEC championship, they have good odds to play each other in the first round of the playoffs. We in or we out?

* In this scenario, the home playoff game against LSU would create the most raucous ND crowd in the past decade. We in or we out??

* More!
