* More thoughts on Gabe Rubio and Andrew Kristofic.

* What's the significance of Notre Dame being guaranteed to have a Super Bowl champion this year?

* How much will college football will miss Jim Harbaugh if he goes back to the NFL?

* Fill-in the blank: NFL teams Tweeting announcements about interviewing head coaching candidates is BLANK.

* According to Pro Football Talk, the Cowboys and Eagles each expressed interest in Bill Belichick to be their head coach but Belichick didn’t reciprocate, because he didn’t want to deal with big market media. We have thoughts on that.

* We’ve talked about players opting out of bowl games basically becoming a status symbol for the players. Which do you think is the bigger status symbol: players opting out of bowl games or players enrolling early?

* We discuss the annual Awful Announcing fan survey of favorite NFL announcing teams as well as thoughts on favorite college football announcing team.

Rapid Fire topics include:

* Notre Dame staffers dressed up like leprechauns to welcome 2025 recruits to campus this weekend during the big junior weekend bonanza on campus. The leprechauns got mixed reviews. Do you Buy or Sell the move?

* The recruits took photos inside Notre Dame Stadium in uniform during their visits. QB Brady Smigiel was wearing white pants with a green jersey that had white numbers. Rate the look on a scale of 1 to 10.

* Fill-in the blank...It’s BLANK that the Chiefs stopped a Bills fake punt last night with just 10 men on the field on defense and the Chief who made the tackle was Drue Tranquill.

* Fill-in the blank…It’s BLANK that Tommy Rees will reportedly be hired as the Cleveland Browns tight ends coach.

* The Chiefs fumbled through the end zone last night...making it a touchback and Buffalo football at its own 20. ND alum and Seattle DB Julian Love says “Love the touchback rule. There’s already enough rules that favor the offense!” Do you Buy or Sell that?

* After watching Buffalo kicker Tyler Bass miss his 44-yard field goal attempt near the end of last night’s loss to Kansas City, Ross Tucker says kickers have no place in football. Do you Buy or Sell it?

* Iowa women’s basketball star Caitlin Clark got trucked by a fan storming the court after Ohio State upset Clark and the Hawkeyes yesterday. First...Block...Charge or Flop?

* Clark had to be helped off the floor. Where do you stand on court storming?

* Fill-in the blank...It’s BLANK that after the massive success of Top Gun: Maverick....Top Gun 3 is reportedly in development.
