Rapid Fire topics include:

* What's the basic expectation for Notre Dame's 2024 season?

* Thoughts on Jordan Botelho's 2023 season.

* Nick Saban could be going from the sidelines at Alabama to ESPN's College Game Day next season.

*  Caleb Williams has declared for the NFL Draft after previously saying he would only do so if the Chicago Bears guaranteed they would not draft him at No. 1.

* Thoughts on the possibility that the Philadelphia Eagles could move on from Nick Sirianni after the Eagles' collapse after an 11-1 start.

* The USFL and XFL have merged into a league that will be called the United Football League or UFL. Should they have kept the name of one of the leagues rather than create a completely different name?

Rapid Fire topics include:

* Thoughts on how Notre Dame football has used the transfer portal this offseason.

* The transfer player we most want to see in action.

* College football writer Stewart Mandel from The Athletic says he thinks even players who are on teams that are in the playoffs will opt out before their team is done playing because the championship game isn’t until late January. Do you Buy or Sell that.

* The Cowboys got embarrassed at home by the Packers in the first round of the playoffs. So what should their next move be?

* Do you Buy or Sell the NFL’s decision to move the Bills-Steelers game from Sunday to Monday due to the weather?

* Fill-in the blank...It’s BLANK that NBC says the Chiefs-Dolphins Peacock only streaming game Saturday night had an audience of 23 million.

* Thoughts on Jason Garrett in the Peacock booth.
