The Irishman is making waves, both among people who love it and people who hate movies that are long as hell.  They're not necessarily two distinct groups.  It's what intermissions are for.  Billy Dee Williams is also making waves by becoming genderfluid at 82, which is convenient for him because at that age nobody expects him to prove it.  Aren't most people in their 80s functionally asexual?  Actually, don't answer that.
