When Lizzy Shortall wrote a book for her kids to help them learn some tips on resilience and mindfulness, she realised that there are thousands of parents around Ireland who might need some advice.

The Mam of 2, who is a qualified resilience trainer, has written ‘Joy’s Playground’, a new book which explains the simple tricks we can all implement in our lives to deal with stress, anxiety and worry.

Lizzy joined Dermot and Dave to chat about her inspiration behind the book, her own experience of using resilience training, and shared some tips that you can use at home to help kids with nerves or anxiety.
