Normally when you get up in the morning, it’s more stressful to try and fit everything in, and when that stress comes into you, you kind of feel like you’re running out of time. Because Rosie has a cluster feeding baby, she tries to go to bed early, which then will give you more time to set aside in the morning to get things done and prepare for when your kids wake up. If your kids have school uniforms they need to wear, you can prepare them the night before and have them laid out, ready to go, which is one less thing to worry about in the morning. “The more kids that I have, the more demand there is for me to be organized and have more energy.”

“I make a big flask of peppermint tea, so two tea bags. I can drink it in the morning, or if I don’t get a chance to, I can drink it in the car when I’m dropping the kids to school and I’ll make my own snacks. I’ll make snacks for myself so if I have a busy morning, I can bring them in the car already in tinfoil, or whatever, and I’ll have them as well.” 6:02
