Dublin has become the college football capital of Europe, and this August the Aviva Stadium will play host to a sellout crowd for Notre Dame vs Navy. This will be the third meeting of these two teams in Dublin; the previous occasions taking place in 1996 and 2012. More than 40,000 visitors from the United States are expected to travel for the game! Colum was joined by Scott McCabe, Communications Officer for the Aer Lingus College Football Classic, to discuss the buildup to the game, the ticket lottery and just how special a week it promises to be.

Liam Ryan has played for the UL Vikings, coached the UL Vikings and the Irish Wolfhounds and been a board member of American Football Ireland. He's also a staff member at the University of Limerick which will host the European flag football championships in August of this year. Suffice to say he has a solid 360 view of American Football in Ireland. He also spent time with the Center Colonels in Kentucky,  shadowing and learning from the coaches there. Liam chats with Colum about the origins of his love for the game, the early years with the Vikings, what to expect from the Championships in August, and the growth of the sport here.

Mark's recent visit to 49ers facilities in Santa Clara during the divisional round weekend gave him the opportunity to interview former Niners kicker Joe Nedney. They reflected on the Niners season at the time, the great work done by John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan during their period together. 

The Raiders released Derek Carr this week, ending his tenure with the team after nine seasons. A player who divided opinion but who had some solid seasons. How should his time as a Raider be remembered? Where does the team look for a replacement? Is Josh McDaniels the long term answer as HC? Colum is joined by Steve O'Rourke to discuss.

Jonathan Gannon has been appointed as the new Arizona Cardinals Head Coach. The former Eagles Defensive Coordinator replaces Kliff Kingsbury. What does it mean for Kyler Murray? What might Gannon's staff look like? Should the Cardinals trade DHop? Colum is joined by Jason Hayes to discuss.

The Chiefs are Super Bowl Champions again. Patrick Mahomes picks up his second ring. His five years as the starting QB:  Five Championship Games,  Five Division Titles, Five 12-win seasons, Five Pro Bowls,  Two Super Bowl wins, Two Super Bowl MVPs, and two NFL MVPs. Colum and Khristina Chris White from Arrowheads Abroad about Mahomes, Andy Reid and the Chiefs dynasty.

Patrick Mahomes is Superbowl MVP again as he leads the Chiefs on a final drive to kick a game winning FG. Jaelen Hurts plays another great game but comes out the wrong side of a brilliant clash. Brian & Colum close out the evening at State Farm Stadium recapping the game and their intiital thoughts after being to the Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes press conferences.
