One of the many driving forces behind the growth of American Football in Ireland is Paul O'Donnell. A player and executive with the Donegal Derry Vipers Pual joined Colum Cronin to talk about his passion for the sport, finding his way back into playing in his 40s and also his work with American Football Ireland. Paul will take the field again tomorrow as the Vipers take on the Antrim Jets.

The 2024 Aer Lingus College Football Classic will be between Georgia Tech and Florida State. Last summer David Shanahan, a Kerry native and starting punter for Georia Tech, told us that his coaches there raved about their visit to Dublin in 2016, and so we asked him what would it be like if they were to be one of the teams chosen to come to Dublin in 2024? Eight months later and our speculative punt landed! David joined Colum to chat about next year's game, how his game developed in his second season and he offers some advice on how to recover psychologically from a bad game and physically how to recuperate (stretching is key!).
