Today, a group of European leaders, including An Taoiseach Micheál Martin, held a remote conference on the potential of EU-wide action to implement a ban on social media for under sixteens. Australia became the first country to implement such a ban last December, but when it comes to regulating social media for young people - are bans truly the best way to go?
