In Episode 64 of the Aiki Dojo Podcast, we discuss the Art of Peace with special guest Glenn Yoshida Sensei, Aikido 7th Dan from Aikido Renshinkan. The common assumption about Aikido is that it is for defensive purposes and people think that Aikido is centered around this idea of non-violence or passivity.
