We are all familiar with the Tennessee whiskey, Jack Daniels. Jack Daniels has recently stated that they are going to be releasing some higher aged bourbon to the market in the future. In fact, I was fortunate enough to receive a media package that included samples from this years 10 year, 12 year, and 14 year products. While on a zoom with the Master Distiller from Jack Daniels, along with a number of others within the whiskey industry we all tasted these samples together. The overwhelming majority LOVED the Jack Daniels 14 year. However, I had a different opinion. So I decided to put Wes to the test. I served him a double blind tasting where he had no idea what was in the glasses. I wanted to see what he thought.
