We hate to say it, but one of the most significant relationships we have as modern women is the one we have with our phone. But while we have many good reasons for using them, we have to admit that our phone usage has an impact on our relationships and on our mental health. Listen to learn more about:
Plus, Jess ruins everything for everyone by making a plan (and thereby causing a blizzard which kept her kids at home which wrecked the plan); Andrea and Jessica wrestle with the word ironic (thanks, Alanis!); and we reveal how we discover Tik Tok trends (via MSNBC articles about 3 months later… tell me you’re a millennial without telling me you’re a millennial!)
