Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom leads off by discussing the state of Philadelphia and the current mayoral race, teasing that newly announced candidate David Oh will be joining live in studio today at 1:30PM. Dan asks Dom whether Philadelphians have gotten sick of Democrats to the point that they’d consider a Republican, with Dom offering why he believes Philadelphians still haven’t recognized that pitfalls of liberalism.

Then, Dom welcomes David Oh, longtime Philadelphia councilman, who just announced today that he will be running for Mayor of Philadelphia, the only Republican to announce their candidacy so far. First, Dom asks David why he’s decided to throw his hat into the ring, with Oh explaining his work while serving as a Councilman, explaining that the push for normalcy that he’s strived for throughout council truly needs a mayor who believes in the same goal. Then, Giordano and Oh discuss the chances that a Republican can get the support needed to win in Philadelphia, with Oh explaining that Philadelphians have seem to have had it with the negative implication of progressive policies.
