I've put a STOP to ignoring my friends, family, and community! My relationship was all consuming. It overtook my mind almost like an addiction! But now I’m no longer allowing my romantic relationship to become my WHOLE life. I am finding the POWER in reaching out to and connecting with my women's group, my sponsor, and myself. I’m focusing on my community and spending my time checking in with those around me to keep me going. I am capable and strong and surrounded by amazing people.
