Nikola Topic was headed toward being a top 5 pick and maybe even the #1 pick.  The U18 FIBA MVP is a 6'6 point guard playing in the Adratic League.  However, he has had two knee injuries and now his draft stock is slipping.  The latest NBA Mock Draft from ESPN has him going #10 to the Utah Jazz.  David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA Insiders, has some thoughts on why this might be a great gift for the Utah Jazz.

Is the top 3 of the NBA Draft beginning to settle?  If so is there someone there the Utah Jazz should try to go get.  Last year, the feeling was the Jazz probably could have gotten to 4 in the draft with their assests it seems this year they might be able to get to 3, but is there really any difference between 4 and 15 in this draft that makes a trade worth it.
