Dr. Kimberly Harms’ many life roles have included serving as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Public Health Service, a dental school professor, a civil mediator, a clinical dentist, the President of an international women’s organization, and a National Spokesperson for the American Dental Association. She is also a death doula, a grief counselor, an award-winning, bestselling author, and an international speaker on the topics of grief, conflict, and legacy planning. Having suffered the deaths by suicide of her mother and son and the death by broken heart of her husband after their son’s death, Kim knows from personal experience that it is possible to prepare for a healing path to joy and peace no matter what life brings.
