Whether it's a pandemic or not, striking work life balance has long been argued as key to finding happiness.

We've seen discussions around shorter working days, we've seen countries implement four day working weeks, but new research has shown that the secret to happiness could all come down to one day a week.

Professor Brendan Burchell from the Faculty of Human, Social, and Political Science at the University of Cambridge in the UK has done a massive study of 5000 people during the past year to find the perfect combination of work and life and even he was surprised by the results.

Professor Burchell joined Dermot and Dave with his findings and explained how this could change the way we work forever.
