Welcome to the 3rd Volume of our advice column series: Let's Unpack That where we read your anonymous submissions of situations you're in, problems you're having, or advice you need and unpack it together like you're on FaceTime with your best friend talking about it in real time. We want to be your shoulder to cry on, warm hug, and ear to listen while providing you with the pep talk, tough love, and self love reminders to help get you through whatever it is you're going through.
Through this series we will open up about how we can relate to different submissions, how we might have managed it ourselves if we've caught ourselves in the same situations, or unpack what we would do in these situations. We'll help you unpack why you might be thinking this way and challenge your thought processes, biases, inner child tendencies, or traumas that might also play a hand in your dilemmas.
