Mental Illness is pervasive in our society and especially among youth. And yet, there is severe stigma attached to mental illness which prevents individuals from seeking help or families from accessing support. This episode will try to demystify some of the stigmas around mental illness and introduce listeners to NAMI, an organization that works to remove the stigma around mental illness for people of all ages
