Quality is infinite - it has an ultimate resource. Like the concept of "Midos" Character building can constantly improve. Quantifying is limited. For example, we can only eat as much as our stomach can contain.

Form follows function. Our body is a container for the soul and emotion..... 

1. A rule for communication: A successful design is self-explanatory. Communicates without words. The moment something needs an explanation, there can be a flaw in the design.   

2. Another rule for order to operate: (like a clothing drawer), we must return things to their place for the form/space to feel functional.  The same goes for meditation. Rather than always being centered, we play with the idea of constantly returning our attention to our breath and our awareness.

Balance is not something you find. Balance is something that's created.  A scale has two parts, the moving part (like a pulse), action and movement.  second is the stability, the sense of grounding of its center, which is completely still.  Achieving Harmony in life.
