Ralph was wrongfully convicted of murder when he was 17 years old. He is now a free man on parole thanks to Miller v. Alabama ruling. Although Ralph is free the world needs to know he is innocent of the crime he was wrongfully convicted of in 1987.

On July 28, 1977, Vincent Simmons was convicted of the attempted aggravated rape of twin white girls, Karen and Sharon Sanders, and sentenced to 100 years in prison.  He was convicted purely on the basis of the flawed and contradictory testimony of the two alleged victims and their cousin, Keith Laborde. There was no physical evidence of any kind against Vincent, in fact no physical evidence that the rapes ever actually occurred.

In 2006 the Innocent 3 were wrongly convicted in Coweta County Georgia. Benjamin Hargett, Angelo Armstrong, and Michael Cox were given death sentences for a crime they have never committed. In fact,  the crux of the state's case is based on hearsay statements. The state of Georgia could not produce any type of evidence to corroborate with these statements that convicted the Innocent 3. Therefore these statements should have been done away with and not allowed to be heard in front of a jury.

Melissa Lucio is a 53 year old woman from Lubbock texas. She was a mother of 12 at the time of her arrest. Melissa is the first hispanic woman in Texas to be sentenced to death. She was convicted of capital murder after the death of her two-year-old daughter, Mariah. In 2008, without any actual and factual evidence,  Melissa was sentenced to death by the state of texas 2 days after her daughter tragically fell down a flight of stairs. Melissa is scheduled to die in less than 8 days. Please call Governor Abbott and urge him to grant Melissa clemency at 956-446-2866.
