Haskell's has been around since prohibition got axed, which is longer than almost everyone reading this.  That officially makes it a Minnesota institution.  July 4th is also a Minnesota institution.  Why not combine the two?  Wine and fireworks - from a safe distance, of course.  Plus, wine already comes in two of the three colors of the American flag.  If you ever see any blue wine, you might want to stay away.
