It's Jackie Robinson Day which means it's time for writers to cut and paste the same story they write every year on this day.

Most of these stories center around the lack of black coaches and front office staff in baseball.

To me, the larger issue is the lack of star black players in the game. Where does that start? How is that remedied? Can it be remedied?
