The position of Hennepin County sheriff is up for grabs soon.  What kind of person would want that job?  Jai Hanson, that's who.  You could consider sheriff a political office, and as such, you may be wary of anyone who wants it.  It's a valid line of thinking.  Jai doesn't see it that way, and apparently wouldn't want political power if you offered it to him.  That's a good sign, because almost anyone who wants power should most likely not be given it under any circumstances.
