After working with Heba side by side in a call center for USAA over 10 years ago, we reunite to update on her life. She is a loving mom to 3 beautiful children and a supportive wife to her 70+ hour work week small business owner husband. We talk about life as a mom, IVF, how to be supportive as a wife, how to be passionate with intention and most importantly how to support the community.

We talk about coping strategies for avoiding burn out. How various people adjust and personal struggles we have encountered along the way. A positive episode to a time where stress is high for everyone. Talk statistics and some witty banter along the way.

Doc BLaw meets up with Sean Rector, whom he rooted for nearly 2 decades ago on Survivor. Since then he has started the TYME foundation which accepts all at risk boys in inner city LA and teaches them to be gentleman and upstanding citizens through teaching and mentoring. We talk his upbringing with his single mom putting her self through college in Harlem, his time on Survivor, being a black man in America and his recent work of continuing the difficult talks of racial inequalities with others in the Survivor world.

We break down some of the main current event topics like the Breonna Taylor case, selecting the new supreme court justice, bailing out wall street and of course, Joe's first love, the LA lakers in the NBA championship

We finally get to sit down with Dr. Khurram Mehtabdin, doctor, husband and a father who nearly went through the most tragic event a man can go through. With a little help from some friends, the amazing St. Judes and the determination of one little girl fueled by the love of her parents, a medical miracle was the result.

Omar, a mutual friend of the podcast, is arguably one of the most interesting people we have ever met. He joins us to talk life, love, growing up a refugee, traveling the world, religion and having somewhere around twenty six children to raise.

Mike Johnson and Justin Faircloth, two of Frank 3NP's past air force pals join us today to talk life and love. Mike gives us a peak at his life post Bachelor, his book that's set to release and a TV show that he is currently working on.
