Welcome to the January Full Moon Guided Meditation! I’m grateful to meditate with you under our first full moon of the year.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release whatever is no longer serving you and then with the help of your Higher Self and your inner Wolf Spirit, we’ll guide you to activate to your fullest potential utilizing the powerful January Wolf Full Moon energies on offer to us all.

The January Full Moon is also known as the Wolf Moon or the Birch Tree Moon. It carries a high level of heart centered and empowering energies. It’s essentially turning the lights on within our Hearts!

This full moon will remind you that you are all you need and there is an incredible power within you! It’s a time to let your inner wolf spirit roam free + roar! A time to celebrate the first full moon of the year; which is a time for new beginnings, regeneration, hope, new dawns and the promise of what is to come.

The Wolf Moon is a time to work on your inner strength + being. Activating your personal power within you. It’s a time to look within + to nurture yourself. To be one with the water element. No matter what falls along your path during this full moon, you ebb and flow like the oceans tide becoming malleable like water. This is your superpower this full moon!

I guide you on a journey of grounding, releasing, healing and replenishing throughout this guided meditation. With guidance, your Higher Self + the Moon are invited to activate your Heart Chakra and your inner Wolf Spirit. Your Heart acts as a radio frequency that can dial into whatever experience you choose and your Inner Wolf activates your inner strength, power and sovereignty!
