I’m grateful to meditate with you under the first new moon of the year!

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release and let go with the lunar cycle. Next, manifesting under a New Moon will supercharge the energy and intent behind your dreams and wishes. I’ll guide you to envision a solid foundation for your dreams to live on & envisioning your wishlist for the upcoming year and send it into the stream of consciousness to be manifested and anchored here on Earth.

The first New Moon of 2022 is reminding us of how far we’ve come over the last couple of years. You might find yourself replaying experiences and memories within your mind’s eye or within your dream space, reminding you of your growth & evolution.

The New Moon is also guiding us to set intentions around marrying our work and heart and dreaming big on where you’d like to be financially. It’s here to help us create miracles and opportunities during the powerful new beginning energy of the first new moon of the year.

Every new moon starts a new lunar cycle. For us, it symbolizes new beginnings, renewal energy, and an opportunity for us to transform anything within our lives. We can harness the powerful energy of a new moon to achieve new levels of manifestation, change & growth. While reflecting and honoring on what we’ve let go of during the last full moon, or even the last year.

Under the dark night of this Earth Energy New Moon, there is an abundance of fresh, new energies on offer for us. It brings the promise of brand new beginnings, fresh starts and the opportunity to set our intentions into motion; especially within our finances or our financial structure.

I guide you through all of this by taking you on a journey of grounding and letting go of all that no longer serves you. In addition to letting go of any stress or anxiety, stepping into a calmer more peaceful state of mind. Along the journey, you'll receive a 3rd (Solar Plexus) and 4th (Heart Chakra) healing and balancing. Letting go of any competition or egoic ways that may be activated under this Capricorn New Moon. You'll then be guided to step into your Heart Center and having an opportunity to set your intentions for this upcoming year. When you set heart based intentions vs. ego based intentions, the energy of the manifestations is much higher in frequency, therefore manifesting faster than an ego based intention, which carries a denser frequency. This is an easy and gentle guided meditation 🌙🔮🧘‍♀️
