Jasper and Travis explain how yeast growing is a completely different world than brewing. They take their explanation to the scientific level by explaining the isolation process of yeast.

Jasper Yeast offers about 300 different yeast strains to its customers. Adam and Richard learn about the different flavor notes that yeast can bring to a beer.
