I got to watch first hand the rising Coaching Star Piper Ritter. From her time as an assistant (Pitching Coach) to an assist Head Coach to now, as the Head Coach of the Gopher Softball Program.
Piper was an All B1G Pitcher who set many pitcher records at the U only to turn around watch then watch her records be broken by her mentee's Sara Moulton, Sara Groenewegen and Amber Fiser.
Piper and discuss softball past, her time as an assistant on 3 Gopher Softball Staffs and now her time as the head of the Gophers. We also talked what she has learned during her time as an assistant.
Also, her thoughts on the upcoming B1G Softball season and who we can keep an I out for this season on the roster.
We discussed her views on Name-image and Likeness in college sports and recruiting.
Plus, we went back down memory lane and relive those Championship years of 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018 winning B1G titles. Of course the 2019 College World Series Team.
