Covid-19 has wiped out Florida-LSU game this week and Florida Sports Man is feeling depressed.  He's also very nervous about his Rays losing two straight to the Astros.

Florida Sports Man likes Vasiliy Lomachenko in a Unanimous Decision over Teofimo Lopez on ESPN on Saturday night.  Going to be a great fight.

Arch Manning on ESPN2 tonight.  The nephew of Peyton and Eli.  He's only a sophomore.  The hype is real with him.
So Sam Querrey allegedly tests positive for Covid-19 in Russia along with his wife and leaves on a private plane.   Saw the story on ESPN.  Curious where he is now.  And we wonder why this is never going away.
Le'veon Bell going to sign with the Chiefs who play the Jets in a few weeks.  I can't wait.  Show the offensive genius Adam Gase how a RB is supposed to be used in an offense.

I'm glad the Yankees are going to look into what to do with Gary Sanchez going forward and Gleyber Torres playing shortstop.  Wasn't impressed with either of them in the 2020 season.
Florida-LSU postponed this week and just read that Nick Saban and his AD tested positive for Covid-19.  Ole Miss having cases too.  Welcome to the party SEC.  The dance card is getting filled up by everyone lately.

Great Article in Newsday by Laura Albanese about the man who is makes sneakers and cleats for the likes of Pete Alonso and Aaron Judge.  Anthony DeLucia runs Lucia Footwear Co.  
Justin Herbert showed me more last night with the Chargers than Sam Darnold has showed in two plus seasons with the Jets.  Should have won the game too.

Russell Wilson hasn't won an MVP award. He just wins games.  Vikes could have kicked a FG and put them up 8 but went for it on 4th and 1 and didn't convert.  94 yards later a TD pass for the second time to DK Metcalf and the Hawks are 5-0 for the first time in franchise history.  
Dak Prescott was making $31.4M this year.  Will the Cowboys franchise tag him next year?  He was on pace for a record year.  Now Andy Dalton runs the ship.  The Cowboys lead the NFC Least at 2-3.
Jets and Giants are 0-5 together for the first time ever.  Not a good stat.
RIP Joe Morgan.

Chase Claypool had 4 TD catches today.  Jets have 6 on the season by the way.  Should have had 5, that wasn't offensive PI.  Steelers are 4-0 for first first time since 1979.  40 years to start a year 4-0!  
Jets are 0-5 for first time since 1996 when they finished 1-15 under Rich Kotite.  They will be lucky to win one this year.  
Bo Nix and Auburn got a bullshit call last night vs Arkansas.  It was a definite spike backwards which is illegal and then Arkansas recovered it.  Refs didn't see it.  The replay officials didn't either.  Terrible job SEC.  Terrible.  And after this weekend's games you have to compare the SEC to the BIG12.  All offense, no defense.  
Alex Smith first game in 693 days.  Unbelievable.

Tom Brady showed he was human last night.  Forgot what down it was at the end of the game.  He said he knew it was 4th down.  No he didn't.  It's ok.  Bears are 4-1 for first time since 2012.  Bears 5 games have been decided by five points.

Titans no masks, unauthorized workouts.  Two more players test positive for Covid-19.  Mike Vrabel what's going on in Nashville?
Giants suck, Jets suck.  Jason Garrett says they're trying to discover the things that are working right now.  You're 0-4 Jason and haven't scored a TD in two games.  Nothing is working.

Joe Flacco will be the 17th starting QB for the Jets since 2000 this Sunday vs the Cards at Metlife.  He was done in my opinion last year.  Darnold is in a lot of pain.
Stephon Gilmore tested positive for Covid-19 and there is a pic of him talking to Patrick Mahomes after MNF game.  Mahomes is sleeping separately from his pregnant fiancé.  
But this takes the cake.  Ryan Tannehill and several other Titans were holding unauthorized workouts during all the positive tests among the team in the last week.  And to top it off after two days of negative tests, two Titan players tested positive today.  But Tannehill has a point can't stay sharp and in shape doing only zoom sessions.  I've noticed that that fearless leader Goodell has been mute.  Sent out a memorandum of stricter protocols. It's not working.  What did we expect?  Huge rosters and players going home after practice.  No way to control things.  Other teams want harsh penalties levied against the Titans.  This is a total mess.
