This mental health journey has been a huge struggle for me. There have been numerous doctor visits, telehealth appointments between work breaks. Medication adjustments again and again. This is my story of how it started and how its been. Hopefully this can help someone in a similar situation.

Who do you have in your circle? is it someone that is supportive? positive? helpful? loyal? It can be a tough thing to let go of someone you are attached to. But if the juice is not worth the squeeze....think about it.

The uncertain is a scary place. I was reflecting on my leaving Egypt story from these last 6 months. Growing out of a thing, or place, situation, job, relationship, letting it go is often for the best. Embrace it.

Grateful I survived such a dark time in my life. Thank you to my family, my sister. My old friend from a previous job. It is such a strange thing to be able to listen back to this from a year ago. At the time I didn't feel right sharing this, now I do.
