The post, timestamped at 8:16 a.m. ET, stated that Epstein had "died an hour ago" due to “cardiac arrest,” and included alleged details about the resuscitation efforts at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC). The user mentioned that Epstein was found unresponsive in his cell, was pulseless, and received multiple rounds of CPR and epinephrine administration before ultimately being declared dead. The level of detail suggested the poster had some degree of medical or emergency response knowledge, as it mirrored real-world emergency protocol.

This early post immediately raised suspicions online and sparked speculation that the author may have been an EMT, a corrections officer, or someone directly involved in or witnessing the medical response. The New York Fire Department later conducted an internal investigation to determine whether the post came from one of its employees, though no definitive source was publicly confirmed. The post became a focal point in the wider swirl of conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein’s death, given the unusual timing, Epstein’s high-profile connections, and the questionable circumstances of his alleged suicide.
